The only thing I’ll say about the entire Oscars brouhaha involving Will Smith and Chris Rock is that I will always side with performers in a situation such as this.
Always.
Comedians, actors, musicians, professors, speakers, presenters, lecturers, reporters or any media in the field, athletes on the court, field or pitch.
Always.
Violate their sacred space, and you’ll always be in the wrong.
Always.
