Terrific soundtrack for when you need to unwind and get a little work done

The ‘Sunday Scaries’ are upon us, and a wave of tired hit me right after dinner. We watched the start of Disney’s ‘Turning Red’ and an episode of “Abbott Elementary” and the criminally under-appreciated “Dead Like Me.”

I dug back into the Sunday New York Times and then retreated to the office to get a little work done while Kristi takes a long bath.

This is our routine, and I love it.

I’ve got a new addition though that I want to tell you about. This comes from a YouTube channel called ‘Study MD,’ and it’s been a perfect companion the past 90 minutes.

It reminded me of the Sunday Kristi and I spent in East Village, atop The Standard in Cooper Square. Rained hard most of the afternoon, and we worked the day away with nobody else in this giant space atop the hotel. We ordered Dim Sum and played whatever music we wanted.
