cyclobenzaprine

This stuff will make you go to sleep, but it’s a slow burn this cyclobenzaprine.

Because of the pinched nerve in my neck, which renders the back of my shoulder blade and my upper torso useless, I took a cyclobenzaprine at about 2 p.m. Saturday and then another at about 7 p.m.

I was out like a light by 8.

Slept until 3 a.m. and then played with my BlackBerry until 6 a.m. before heading back to dreamland until 10:30 a.m. That would be 11.5 hours of sleep.

The neck and back are still tight but better. The cause? My guess is posture. I really need to focus on making sure I’m not sitting up with my head and torso pushing forward. It puts stress on the neck, which eventually causes this.

The good news is that if it gets bad enough I can’t sleep, I have the cyclobenzaprine
